At HIREINIC (AIDENT HR SERVICES PVT LTD), we strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds across all our services.

Important: All services provided by HIREINIC are non-refundable, except for Travel Insurance premiums as specified below.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are completely non-refundable once the order has been placed and payment has been processed:

Dummy Flight & Hotel Tickets

  • No refunds after booking confirmation
  • No cancellations once tickets are generated
  • Valid for 30 days from issue date

Visa Consultation & Processing Services

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable
  • Processing fees are non-refundable once application is submitted
  • Government fees are never refundable

Forex Services

  • Currency exchange transactions are final and non-refundable
  • No cancellations after order confirmation

Document Attestation Services

  • Service fees are non-refundable once documents are received
  • Government attestation fees are non-refundable

Travel Insurance Refund Policy

Travel Insurance premiums are refundable under the following conditions:

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation Fee: ₹236

This fee will be deducted from your total premium amount before processing the refund.

Refund Eligibility Conditions

  • Cancellation request must be made before the policy start date
  • Policy must not have been activated or used
  • No claims should have been filed under the policy
  • Original policy documents must be returned (if issued)

Insurance Refund NOT Available

  • If the policy has already started (after start date)
  • If any claim has been filed or is under process
  • If the traveler has already departed on their journey
  • After 7 days from the date of policy purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your Travel Insurance policy, please follow these steps:

  • Order ID / Policy Number
  • Customer Name
  • Email Address (used during purchase)
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Bank account details for refund

Return Policy Documents

If physical policy documents were issued, they must be returned to our office

Wait for Verification

Our team will verify your request within 2-3 business days

Receive Refund

Once approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

Note: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Important Notes

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by HIREINIC management.

The cancellation fee of ₹236 is non-negotiable and will be deducted from all insurance refunds.

HIREINIC reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Any transaction charges or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

Processing time may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
